Among many of the details you read when researching a brand is the team who will offer training, support, and continued guidance throughout your franchising journey. Here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, our Franchise Development and First Gear and Field Training teams will be your main contacts throughout the process of opening your first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise.
These team members joined our brand with years of experience in the world of opening and operating franchises – both within our brand and with others – they’re here to help you succeed!
Franchise Development Team
This is the team you’ll communicate with regularly from your initial inquiry all the way through the purchase of your first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise.

Pamela Batten
Pam’s first position with the brand was as a franchise development specialist where she was the main point of contact for people who were interested in franchising with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
She has continued working on the Franchise Development team ever since, and now works with existing franchisees that are looking at expansion as well as candidates outside of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK system who are interested in franchising.
“New franchisees can expect that we will be very transparent with the information we give, and that we’ll never be too pushy to close a deal. It’s crucial to us that potential franchisees are a good fit for our brand, and conversely, our brand is a good fit for them. We want to make sure they ask as many questions as possible, and we will connect them with other team members to review all areas of the business so they have the necessary information to determine if this is the right opportunity for them.”

Cheryl Ackley
Cheryl has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in a variety of roles, including time as a customer care specialist and a sales consultant. Prior to joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, she was a franchise owner herself of two hair salons for over a decade, giving her a unique perspective on both sides of the coin for franchising.
Her current role as franchise development specialist is to engage with potential candidates and ensure they understand the opportunity and process, guiding them down a path of success for their career aspirations and for the brand.
“We work hard to make sure that each potential franchising candidate knows what to expect as a new franchise owner. From the understanding of our core values to everything that goes into franchising with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, each step in the process is a layer. We have a very knowledgeable team who supports potential candidates in every area, knowing some people are more comfortable in certain aspects of the business, and may need a little extra support in others.”
FIRST GEAR & FIELD TRAINING TEAM
The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK First Gear and Field Training Team will be your main point of contact after you open your first location, customizing a training plan to fit your specific needs to get your operation up and running efficiently and safely.

Michael Arietta
Michael’s career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has given him a wide-range of roles in several parts of the business – both from the corporate and franchise levels – so he’s well-versed on getting you on the right track as a new franchisee. His main goal? To help move you and your business forward.
“Our field training team has more than 20 years of combined experience across all aspects involved with running a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise. We have moved furniture, we have answered sales calls, and we have lived through both the mistakes and successes that come with running a franchise. We use this first-hand experience to help you navigate the challenges of starting a new business.”

Andrew Olesnavich
Andrew’s main role on the first gear team is guiding new franchisees through the process of opening their business. This ranges from helping them train new team members on moving and customer service best practices to establishing a strong operating foundation at their franchise, and everything in between.
“New franchises can expect around the clock support from us. We are here to answer all of your questions, and if we don’t know the answer, we will promptly direct you to someone who does. Our goal is simple: to help eliminate the questions and uncertainty that new franchisees might experience and give them the courage to move forward confidently.”

Brycen Sorber
Brycen has been with the company since 2012, with his first five years spent at the franchise level where he was able to learn how day-to-day operations function. In his current role, he guides franchises through the process of opening their business while working with them to build a strong operational foundation to set them up for a successful future.
“Franchisees can have peace of mind knowing they have around the clock support from us. We are always a phone call away to answer any questions they might have, and we’ll communicate consistently with them throughout the entire opening process to ensure they have all the resources they need in order for everything to run smoothly.
